International Yoga Day was celebrated on June 21st, 2024 at the LuLu Flight Kitchen, Kochi. The event was led by Yoga Master Mr. Krishnankutty.
The celebration began at 5 PM with a series of yoga asanas and meditation practices guided by Mr. Krishnankutty. The participants, including the HODs and employees, enthusiastically took part in the session, embracing the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
The event was organized to mark the 10th International Yoga Day, which is celebrated annually on June 21st to promote the ancient practice of yoga and its holistic approach to health and well-being.
